Rest assured that the AHS administration is closely monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Florida Department of Health regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus. At this writing we have no plans to cancel the Conference in late June. We are working closely with the hotel and with public health officials, and prioritizing the best interests of our members, exhibitors, performers and presenters. How do I reserve a room at the Conference hotel?
Members are already reserving their rooms at the Renaissance at Seaworld, Orlando, so secure yours now online or call 1-800-266-9432 and mention the American Harp Society. The Renaissance's regular "rack rate" is $269/night, plus parking and resort fees, but for the Conference AHS has negotiated an amazing rate of $139/night plus tax, including the resort fee and parking! Share a double queen room with a friend and it's very affordable. These special rates are available for before and after the Conference, so stay and enjoy one of the US's top entertainment destinations.
